1. Automatic Subscription Renewal
IB Lab (iblab.io) is an online software platform provided as a monthly or annual subscription.
By activating the subscription, the customer agrees to the automatic charging of regular payments to the payment card used when activating the subscription or the trial period.
Payments recur according to the chosen plan:
- Monthly subscription: approximately every 30 days, as a rule on the same calendar day of the month.
- Annual subscription: every 12 months.
The exact price, currency and date of the next payment are shown to the customer before the order is confirmed and are subsequently available in the user account.
2. Seven-Day Free Trial Period
New customers can take advantage of a 7-day free trial period.
Activation requires entering a valid payment card. No subscription price is charged during the trial period.
If the customer does not cancel the subscription before the trial period ends, the amount corresponding to the chosen plan will be charged automatically.
Before the trial period is activated, the customer is informed of the amount of the first payment and the date on which it will be made.
3. Cancelling Recurring Payments
The customer can cancel automatic renewal at any time through their account settings or by sending a request to:
support@iblab.io
After cancellation, no further regular payments will be charged for the following billing period.
Access to IB Lab remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Paid access will then end.
If the subscription is cancelled during the free trial period, the first payment will not be charged, provided the cancellation was made before the trial ended.
4. Refunds and Withdrawal from the Contract
Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract in the cases and under the conditions laid down by the applicable legislation, in particular within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, unless a statutory exception applies.
Automatic renewal of the subscription does not by itself give rise to a new 14-day withdrawal period.
IB Lab does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee beyond the customer's statutory rights.
Cancelling the subscription does not by itself give rise to a claim to a refund for a period already paid for. The statutory rights of withdrawal, complaint and other claims remain intact.
